Jonathan Lee Davis of Hollywood, Florida was arrested on Wednesday after security guards at a Burlington Coat Factory accused him of stalking young girls in the store, according to news reports. When police searched Davis' phone following the arrest, they allegedly found 80 videos that Davis had apparently taken while following girls around local stores. In some of the videos, Davis, 40, allegedly masturbated while talking to the children. Davis was charged with a felony count of lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim under the age of 16 and booked at Broward County Jail. He was later released on April 23 on $15,000 bail bond, reports indicate. It is not clear whether Mr. Davis has retained a private criminal defense lawyer.

According to reports, Davis was charged with the sex offense after security guards at a Hialeah Burlington Coat Factory apprehending him for allegedly following three children around the store. Davis' phone was searched, revealing the alleged illicit videos. It is not clear whether Davis gave consent for his phone to be searched or if a warrant was issued. Police also connected Davis to an incident of stalking that allegedly occurred on March 24 at a Kmart store located at 3800 Oakwood Boulevard in Hollywood.

Hollywood Police reportedly spoke to an 8-year-old victim who Davis allegedly approached at the Kmart. The girl told investigators that Davis had approached her while she was shopping with her aunt. Davis allegedly told her that his private parts itched and masturbated in his pants in front of her. "She observed him rubbing a bulge in his groin area which she observed getting bigger. She advised that she felt uncomfortable and scared by his actions," the arrest report is quoted as saying. The girl reportedly told investigators that her aunt then called her over, but that Davis sought her out again later in the shopping trip and attempted to continue the exchange.

Shane Braslow of Coral Springs, Florida was arrested on Thursday after police connected him to a 2011 child enticement incident, according to reports. Braslow, 22, was booked at Broward County Jail on charges of luring or enticing a child and lewd or lascivious exhibition. He is also facing charges of attempted kidnapping and battery in connection to an attempted abduction. It is not clear whether Braslow has qualified for bail bond or has retained a private criminal defense attorney.

According to the arrest report, the most recent set of charges come in connection to a sex crime incident that occurred in July 2011 in the 2900 block of Northwest 87th Terrace in Coral Springs, Florida. An 11-year-old girl told authorities that she was tinkering with her bicycle when a man pulled up to her in a 2008 black Honda. She alleged that the man, while masturbating, tried to give her $10 in exchange for her getting in the car with him. The girl reportedly refused and the man drove off without using physical force or attempting a kidnapping. It is not entirely clear how police were able to connect Braslow to the incident.

This year's incident allegedly occurred on April 9 at approximately 10:00 a.m. in a woodsy area in the 8900 block of Forest Hills Boulevard. The victim, a 44-year-old woman whose name has not been released due to the nature of the crime, told authorities that she was out for a morning run when a man she later identified as Braslow pulled up to her in a black Honda. The man, she said, was holding what appeared to be a professional quality camera, and he told her that he was taking photographs of her to post on the Internet.

William Waldman was arrested in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition this past Saturday. As a result of that arrest, Waldman was warned not to return to any city parks. At this stage, these charges are only allegations and have not yet been proven, nor has Waldman plead guilty or no-contest.

William Waldman's second arrest is going to pose a big problem for him in regards to his first bond. When a person is placed on bond, regardless of the offense, the main responsibility that person has is to not get re-arrested.

When a person is on bond in one case and then they get re-arrested in another, the prosecution has the right to motion the court to revoke the bond on the first arrest. This is because a re-arrest violates the most fundamental condition of any bond - to remain at liberty without re-offending.

In William Waldman's case, it appears as though the new trespass charge has been given a $2,500.00 bond. This may be very temporary once sex crimes prosecutors learn he was re-arrested while on bond for Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition - especially since the new arrest concerns returning to city parks.
